If you are a US Citizen, NO.  St. Thomas, St. John, Water Island and St. Croix are US Territories and will not require a passport.  If you plan on traveling to any of the beautiful British Virgin Islands, then a passport would be required.

No.  However, there are many places around the islands where snorkel gear can be rented, or, of course, bring your own personal gear.

No.  Smoking (of anything, including vapes) is absolutely not allowed in the condo.  There are smoking areas available on the Sapphire Village property.

There is no door-to-door trash service provided.  We ask that our guests remove any trash from the condo as needed.  There is a dumpster area between the Tobago Building and the Saba Building behind Sudi's

Accessing SeaSuite requires the use of 16 steps: including a landing at the half way point.  

Sapphire Village Condominiums has a strict no pet policy.

In the event of a tenant lock-out after hours, tenant and/or owner will be charged $50.00 by Sapphire Village.
